Position: Care Coordinator
Location: Burton on Trent Branch
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £26,340
Role:
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring that care workers are matched to clients based on their needs and preferences. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care services, conducting assessments, and reviewing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
- NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (desirable)
- Registration with the SSSC (essential)
- 2 years' experience working as a care coordinator for a domiciliary care agency (desirable)
- Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance (essential)
- Ability to conduct care assessments, care reviews, and motivate care staff (desirable)
- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented (essential)
- Flexibility around working schedules, roles, and responsibilities (essential)
- Team player with excellent communication skills (essential)
