Innovate Awarding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail professional to join our team as an End Point Assessor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments and ensuring that apprentices meet the required standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise. You will work closely with apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out and report on End Point Assessments, making decisions for apprenticeship standards and overall grades.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £38,000, based on national averages and location.
