Senior Sales Executive

Nicholas Associates is a dynamic and forward-thinking company, and we are now seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Warwick, UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a well-established, market-leading account based in Warwick.
We are looking for an innovative and proactive individual who has a proven track record of successfully managing Key Accounts, with previous experience managing and developing large retail accounts.
We promote a collaborative team culture, encouraging internal networking across all sites to establish and grow mutually beneficial relationships through shared experience and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities within existing Key Accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within each Key Account.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each account and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor for the Photo category, providing insights and recommendations to help achieve our agreed business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and production, to ensure alignment and support for Key Account initiatives.
- Monitor individual Key Account performance versus plan and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the Sales Director and the Management Team on account performance and strategic initiatives.

- Occasional travel to Germany and other European locations may be necessary.
