Job Title: Head of Event Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As the Head of Event Operations, you will be responsible for leading the events department and delivering exceptional food experiences at festivals, markets, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and logistics of events to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of permanent and casual staff to support event operations.
  • Client and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.
  • Financial Management: Manage event budgets, control costs, and provide financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Hygiene: Ensure all events meet top hygiene and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in event operations, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and teams.
  • Financial Management: Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
