Job Summary: Trauma-Informed Services Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trauma-Informed Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality services that promote recovery, rehabilitation, and reablement for women facing sexual exploitation and substance dependency in Luton.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement service strategies that meet the needs of women, working closely with the Service Manager and frontline staff.
* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure services meet and exceed expectations, promoting empowerment and development opportunities for women.
* Foster a safe, secure, and nurturing environment, engaging women in activities that promote their well-being and resilience.

**Requirements:**
* A strong understanding of the challenges faced by women in this sector, including mental health issues, addiction, exploitation, homelessness, and involvement in the criminal justice system.
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and ability to navigate and learn new case management systems and other organisational software.
* Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and a commitment to equality and diversity.

**Salary and Benefits:**
* Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
* 25 days (full-time equivalent) annual leave, increasing with length of service.
