About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join Stepping Stones Luton as a Women's Support Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable women and those with complex needs.

This is a rewarding yet challenging role, requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and in-depth knowledge of issues affecting women who have or are experiencing domestic abuse, safeguarding, social care procedures, and relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and inspire clients, working collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver exceptional services on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.">
  • To participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.">

Requirements:
