Sales Support Professional

The Team First company is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Internal Account Manager to support their busy sales team. This telephone-based role involves calling existing contacts to offer support and manage customer queries, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong analytical and organisational abilities, and a problem-solving mentality. Previous customer service or sales experience is also essential.
Salary: £35,000 per annum (inclusive of a £5,000 bonus), Monday to Friday office hours provide a great work-life balance.
