Advanced Nurse Practitioner Critical Care Outreach

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care Outreach team. The successful candidate will provide leadership and clinical supervision to our team, working closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver autonomous advanced clinical practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of critically ill patients.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the Critical Care Outreach team.
- Develop and implement education and training programs for ward staff to improve recognition and response to deteriorating patients.
- Collaborate with the consultant team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:- Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
- Relevant acute care experience, including critical care and outreach.
- Leadership and management experience, including team leadership and quality improvement.
- Non-medical independent prescribing qualification.
