Job Title: Dementia Support Worker

At Healthcare 1st Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dementia Support Worker to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents with dementia, mental health conditions, or general nursing needs in a 40+ bed care home.

Job Summary:
As a Dementia Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, and grooming. You will also work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions
* Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a care role is essential for this position

Estimated Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
