Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care are met. You'll work closely with our residents, their families, and our care teams to deliver truly personalised care plans that cater to the unique needs of individuals with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, building strong relationships with your team, and delivering truly personalised care plans that cater to the unique needs of individuals with dementia. You'll lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained and influencing the rest of the team. You'll also be responsible for administering medication, managing your time effectively, and communicating with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Your positive energy and ability to get along with people are essential, as well as effective time management and communication skills.
