Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Evolution Wing Facilitator at Recruited UK. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions to offenders, focusing on building confidence and promoting a positive mindset through structured programs and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective group and individual interventions to support offender rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with prison staff and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and pre-release preparation for participants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive performance and achieve goals.
  • Identify and address the barriers faced by offenders in reintegrating into society, ensuring a supportive and empowering environment for participants.
