Job Title: Contractor Escort

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a reliable and security-conscious individual to join our team as a Contractor Escort. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the establishment, visitors, staff, and prisoners within a prison environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escort contractors, visitors, and vehicles in and around the prison, ensuring that no unauthorized persons or items enter the establishment.
  • Ensure that any tools brought into the prison by contractors are also taken out, as tools going missing in any prison environment is unacceptable.
  • Act with integrity, respecting others, building relationships, and team working, communicating effectively, and developing self and others.
Requirements:
  • Security conscious and able to challenge potential compromises and risks.
  • Reliable and consistent, level-headed, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Full training provided by the establishment/department, which is fully paid for.
