Childcare Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Professional to join our team at Polaris Community. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing environment for young people with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to young people aged 8-18, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- Achieve a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People or equivalent qualification within two years.
- Ensure possession of a full UK driving license and utilise it responsibly when required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored care plans, maintain a safe and comfortable living space, and establish trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Address conflicts in a calm and composed manner and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
Package Includes:
- Salary: Approximately £30,500 - £40,500 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
