Salary

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team in Morecambe. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to service users, including medication administration, developing and sustaining warm relationships, and supporting individuals to access their community. You will also be responsible for carrying out general administrative duties and supporting with domestic tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of twelve months' experience of working with people who have a learning disability. You should possess a 'can-do approach,' person-centred values, compassion, and commitment. Consistency is essential to ensure service users feel safe, so reliability and dependability are key qualities required for this position. A positive outlook on life and a fun personality are also highly valued.
