Support Professional for Young Adults

Brook Street is seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team, working closely with 16-24 year olds in a housing support and resettlement service.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, mental health, learning disabilities and autism, and a strong understanding of trauma.
We offer an excellent salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including EAP programme, healthcare plan, 28 days annual leave, counselling services and excellent training and induction plan.
About the Role:- As a key worker, you will be responsible for supporting a case load of young people, helping them develop independent living skills and access education, employment and services.
- You will provide guidance and support to help young people build confidence and reach their goals.
- Experience of working with young people, mental health, learning disabilities and autism.
- A strong understanding of trauma and its impact on individuals.
