Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and skilled Relief Support Workers to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with challenging behaviour, using positive communication and de-escalation techniques
  • Participate in community activities, such as walking, swimming, and gym sessions
  • Work collaboratively with individuals' circles of support to achieve their goals and aspirations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of autism and its impact on individuals
