We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Growth Manager to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through our existing client base, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to expand our market share.

You will work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, leveraging your expertise in account management and business development to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regional market and its key players, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue through account management and business development. You will need:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Knowledge of the regional market and its key players
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The salary range for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
