Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our facilities and workplace management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing budgets, and overseeing maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain facilities, including Laganside House, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Develop and implement budgets for facilities management, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address facilities-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
