Job Description

Role: Telesales Agent

Salary: £25,260 + Commission

Contract: Permanent

Location: Office based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface daily with customers to book health & safety training.
  • Sourcing and providing quotes for training requirements and converting to sales.
  • Upselling all training courses and focusing on new business.
  • Using CRM management system, logging all CRM details, and creating and processing all training bookings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microsoft packages.
  • Proven background within a sales environment with strong administration and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quick deadlines.
