We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Heritage Site Manager to oversee the management of our historic sites in Yorkshire, including Whitby Abbey, Scarborough Castle, Kirkham Priory, and Pickering Castle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of site management, conservation, and visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site management plans to ensure the long-term conservation and preservation of our historic sites.
- Lead a team of site managers and staff to deliver exceptional visitor experiences and high-quality site operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for site development, conservation, and community engagement.
