Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Whitby. As a Registered Manager, you will play a key role in leading our care team and ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a Level 5 NVQ or be working towards it, and must be a car driver. Experience in a management or deputy position is essential, as well as the ability to complete audits, staff supervision/appraisal, and HR processes such as recruitment, absence management, and rota generation.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and managing staff performance and development.

Key Requirements

* A Level 5 NVQ or equivalent qualification

Salary and Benefits

* Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
