Key Responsibilities- Provide frontline HR support on policies, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment law.
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases, coaching managers on people management and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR records, supporting the HR Manager on various HR initiatives and business operations.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally in a unionised or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR processes, and best practices.
