Home Support Worker for Children

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Complex Care Assistants to support children with complex needs in their homes and within the community. Our team at The Care Collection is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised support that makes a real difference.
About the Role:
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide essential personal care and medication support, assist with PEG feeding, manage challenging behaviours, and help children build daily living skills and engage in the community.
Competitive Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £11.00 per hour, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, bonuses, and referral incentives.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with complex needs
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
