Job Title: Family Support Specialist

The role of a Family Support Specialist at 2M Employment Solutions Limited involves supporting families affected by domestic abuse in the Early Help service. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work with families at risk in Walsall Borough to provide targeted interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to children, young people, and their families affected by domestic abuse
  • Work with local partners in family hubs to deliver a range of services
  • Deliver targeted interventions in schools, homes, and community venues
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting victims/survivors of domestic abuse
  • Understanding of safeguarding children and adults
  • Knowledge of domestic abuse dynamics
