Stoke On Trent College is seeking a skilled Trainer Assessor to support learners in the Health, Education, and Childcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding learners in developing professional skills and behaviours, ensuring they meet course requirements and industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering assessment activities, supporting skills development, maintaining accurate learner records, and collaborating with employers and internal teams to maximize learner success. You will also ensure placements meet health and safety requirements and work closely with learners to achieve timely completion of assessments and qualifications.

The salary for this role is approximately £38,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting learners in achieving their goals and succeeding in their future careers.
