Job Description

We are seeking an Organisational Development Consultant to join our team, providing expert advice and support to clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for delivering OD services for allocated projects and programmes, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address performance and effectiveness gaps.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate learning activities, including enrolments and course scheduling, using Learning Management Systems or other platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Assess performance and effectiveness gaps, implementing learning initiatives to improve results.
  • Ensure alignment of programme deliverables with contractual and legal requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a similar field, 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive fully funded professional membership of an association relevant to your role and access to our internal Global Opportunities Portal.
