Senior Lift and Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lift and Electrical Engineer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. This is a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension at the client's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management and delivery of M&E works programmes and projects.
  • Contract management and monitoring of service providers delivering M&E repairs, maintenance, and servicing contracts.
  • Audit contractor performance and ensure certification and test reporting is accurate and correctly recorded in databases and registers.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in managing Lift and Electrical Compliance Contracts.
  • Significant experience in Programme and Project Management from conception to completion.
  • Ability to work independently exercising good initiative and judgement.
