Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lift and Electrical Engineer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. as a contract specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lift and electrical compliance contracts, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Manage and monitor service providers delivering M&E repairs, maintenance, and servicing contracts.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the operational management and delivery of M&E works programmes and projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit contractor performance, ensure certification and test reporting is accurate, and correctly recorded in databases and registers.
  • Inspections and Monitoring: Undertake pre and post-inspections of works and servicing to monitor quality and ensure the service provider is meeting the contract specification or brief.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Significant experience in managing lift and electrical compliance contracts, programme and project management from conception to completion.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgment.

  • Availability: The successful candidate should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to Work: The candidate should have the right to work in the U.K.
