We are seeking a Senior Lift and Electrical Engineer to assist with the appointment of a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at the client's discretion. Please submit your CV for consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours, and Leadership expectations at all times.
  • Manage and deliver M&E works programmes and projects.
  • Contract manage and monitor service providers delivering M&E repairs, maintenance, and servicing contracts.
  • Audit contractor performance and ensure certification and test reporting is accurate and correctly recorded.
  • Undertake pre and post inspections of works and servicing to monitor quality.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in managing Lift and Electrical Compliance Contracts.
  • Significant experience in Programme and Project Management from conception to completion.
  • Ability to work independently exercising good initiative and judgement.

  • You should have the right to work in the U.K.
