Job Title: Activities Coordinator

The Activities Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the independence of service users by providing a range of engaging activities. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Manager and care staff to plan and deliver activities for various service user groups.
  • Contribute to the development and review of individual care plans to meet the social and mental stimulation needs of service users.
  • Organise and arrange group and individual activity programmes, including risk assessments and volunteer direction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user participation and progress.

Person Specification:
  • Awareness of relevant legislation and health and safety practices.
  • Experience of working in a caring role or community setting.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to group work and support colleagues.
