Galaxy Personnel is a leading recruitment agency, and we are currently working with a manufacturer in need of a CNC Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a growing company and take on a leadership role in their machine shop.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Manager to lead our machine shop through a period of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, programming cutting paths, and performing quality assurance tests. Additionally, they will train new employees and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Responsibilities
- Set up machines and program cutting paths
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
- Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening

Requirements
A minimum of previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, familiarity with technical drawings and blueprints, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical or logistical problems. A positive and professional attitude is essential, as is the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
