**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems using advanced CAD software and simulation tools.
- Conduct thorough analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CNC toolmaking or related field.
- Strong understanding of CAD software, programming languages, and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
