Engineering Supervisor for Kitchen Operations

You will take pride in delivering exceptional service to our guests:
- You will be responsible for supervising the installation and repair of all kitchen equipment at The Dorchester, including reviewing maintenance logs and prioritizing tasks, ensuring all work requests are entered into the engineering task management database and closed once completed, and producing weekly outstanding work request reports for engineering and operations managers
- You will assist the Director of Engineering in coordinating the engineering team with kitchen-related requests throughout the day, as well as hotel technicians and contractor works to ensure our guests receive the best experience
- You will demonstrate flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
