We are seeking a skilled Custody Care Specialist to join our team at Mitie Care & Custody.
The role involves providing exceptional care and support to individuals in police custody suites, working closely with the Police and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes.
As a Custody Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of detainees, administering medications, and gathering forensic samples as required.
You will work alongside local Liaison and Diversion teams to address root cause issues that can prevent future crime, and make careful records on our computerised systems.

We require Registered Nurses or Paramedics with 2 years' post qualification experience who are passionate about developing clinical, forensic, and wider skills.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £22-£24 per hour, depending on the number of shifts worked per month.

- HCPC/NMC registration and UK residency for 3 years + no gaps out of country more than 3 months.
