About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our inpatient rehabilitation team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Therapeutic Intervention Professional, you will play a key role in supporting patients who are recovering from admission to hospital and being assessed for discharge home or to their normal place of residence.


Responsibilities:
  1. Provide therapeutic interventions and treatments to patients
  2. Support patients and families/carers in discharge planning and prevention of falls
  3. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver early routine assessments and rehabilitation
