Join us at the Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust as a Clinical Support Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Children's Centre. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, while fostering positive interactions and conversations with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinics and perform clinical duties, including anthropometric measurements and holistic evaluations.
  • Maintain equipment, manage stock levels, and adhere to infection control procedures.
  • Aid in the booking of appointments and pre-clinic assessments, including electronic record-keeping.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and fostering positive interactions.
  • Assist in the maintenance of medical devices and clinical equipment, including decontamination and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education to GCSE level Grade 5 in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Care Certificate and/or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Prior experience in a nursing/Care Assistant role.
