Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with project coordination, including hotel refurbishments.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee files, including personnel information.
  • Coordinate payroll activities, including salary reviews and benefit administration.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for senior executives.
  • Manage internal communications, including responding to phone calls and emails.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling systems.
  • Procure office supplies and services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $62,500 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
