Job Title: Onsite Account Executive
We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Onsite Account Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring that staffing requirements are met efficiently, while maintaining a strong partnership with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients' site.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Ensure all bookings are fulfilled promptly, meeting the client's operational demands.
- Conduct thorough candidate vetting, including background checks, to ensure compliance with both client requirements and industry standards.
- Provide candidates with ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine recruitment strategies and enhance service delivery.
- Be flexible with working hours to accommodate client meetings and candidate availability, including occasional out-of-hours requirements.
About You:
- We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with prior recruitment experience, particularly in the industrial/logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and ability to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
