We are working with a primary school in Chesham, part of Academics Ltd, to find committed individuals who want to work as Teaching Assistants (TAs) supporting children with special needs. The role involves working in a school that caters for children with emotional issues and those on the autism spectrum.

This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring Education Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, or Occupational Therapists who are passionate about working with children in various settings. Some experience working with children would be beneficial, but what matters most is your personality and motivation within this field.

The pupils have Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, and behavioural difficulties. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to working with us for at least 12 months, as consistency of staff is vital for the children's progression.

Job Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology or Criminology, preferably from the final year of their studies
  • Experience working with children in various settings
  • Possessing excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

We offer competitive pay of £25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. If you are interested in this role, please apply immediately.
