Charity and Community Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent volunteer opportunities that meet the needs of the charity and its stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Stewardship Team to increase event sponsors and donations in-line with the fundraising strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to build a positive team culture.
  • Support the team in achieving financial targets and completing the 18-month apprenticeship.
Requirements
  • A valid full driving licence and own car with business use insurance.
  • An enhanced DBS check (desired).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A customer service-oriented approach.
  • A passion for embracing the charity's vision and values.
