About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Children's Senior Leadership Team as Head of MASH Duty and Assessment. This is a unique opportunity to drive forward our improvement plan and make a real difference to the lives of children and families in Tameside.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for a range of statutory children's social care services, ensuring that safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is paramount. They will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and management of teams and systems, providing a safe, timely and effective multi-agency response to ensure the protection and well-being of children.
