Children's Team Manager, Duty and Assessment

We are seeking an experienced Children's Team Manager to join our Duty and Assessment team in Tameside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers and ensuring the effective delivery of services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of social workers to ensure the effective delivery of services to children and families
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
* Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to service delivery
* Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines
Requirements:
* A degree in Social Work or a related field
* Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a children's services setting
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
