Job Title: Building Services Technician
We are looking for a highly skilled Building Services Technician to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our building fabric systems, including roofing, brickwork, floors, car parks, and other associated areas.
Salary: £68,000 per annum (inclusive of on-call)
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Joinery/Carpentry and plumbing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. They will be required to carry out routine maintenance tasks, respond to emergency calls, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency calls and assess job requirements
- Maintain/repair building fabrics and ground works to recognised standards
- Liaise with project teams on store alterations and modernisations
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Complete mandatory online training and Evolve modules
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Time-served Joiner/Carpenter
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and carpentry
- Speed and efficiency of work
- Full/clean UK driving license
