We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Swansea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring prompt resolution of breakdowns, and delivering high-quality maintenance services.

This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the factory floor by carrying out routine maintenance tasks.
  • Rapidly respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Work in a clean and organized manner, adhering to our Hygiene Code of Practice.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal health and safety standards.
  • Repair plant and equipment during production, using efficient time management techniques.
  • Conduct planned maintenance activities to maximize output.

Requirements:

  • Formal engineering qualifications up to NVQ Level 3 or higher.
  • 17th or 18th Edition Certification.
  • A proactive approach to fault finding and continuous improvement.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
