Gibson Hollyhomes is a leading national Professional Services Firm based in the UK, seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join their support team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Hospitality, Events, Facilities, or Administration, and be comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Office Manager in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Manage meeting room booking requests, providing refreshments as needed, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Assist with setting up onsite events, including coordinating logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Manage the day-to-day distribution of post, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with all new staff inductions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in Hospitality or Events would be preferred.
  • Previous Administration or Coordinator experience is desirable.
  • Extremely organized and diligent, with excellent attention to detail.
  • IT literate and proficient on Microsoft Packages.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm, providing a consistent and reliable presence in the office.
