This exciting opportunity at Kirton Lindsey Primary School requires a skilled Before and After School Club Assistant to collaborate with our experienced Supervisor in delivering exceptional care and education to our students.
Main Responsibilities:- Work in partnership with the Before/After School Club Supervisor to create a nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's learning and development.
- Utilize expertise in supporting children with diverse needs, ensuring their individual requirements are met and exceeded.
- Deliver personalized pastoral care to all children, identifying and addressing their unique challenges and concerns.
- Contribute to maintaining a culture of respect and positive behavior within the club.
- Sensitivity to safeguarding procedures, prioritizing the protection and well-being of children and adults.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively.
- A deep commitment to upholding the school's ethos and policies on child safety and welfare.
