DEI Programs Manager

Snap Inc. is a technology company that believes in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion to drive innovation and growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DEI Programs Manager to join our team in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement DEI programs and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging across the region.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of DEI initiatives with business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the US-based IDEA team to ensure consistency and alignment of initiatives across international locations.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of DEI initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate DEI training for new hires and team members in the region, as well as training to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices for inclusive hiring and unconscious bias.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements within the EMEA region.
  • Experience implementing DEI strategies in a global brand.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Clear and effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to lead initiatives and programs across an organization and within teams.
  • Able to work with people at all levels of the organization and lead with influence.
  • A passion for people and a desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years experience building DEI-related people programs.
