Director of Education and Apprenticeship Programs

As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive our commitment to talent pipeline development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, while advancing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. Reporting directly to the Vice President of ESG, you will spearhead the development and execution of scalable education outreach and apprenticeship programs, empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds and fostering sustainable career pathways within our organization across all EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a comprehensive strategy for education and apprenticeship programs that aligns with STACK's ESG goals and DEI principles
  • Lead the conceptualization, creation, and rollout of education and apprenticeship programs, ensuring scalability across all regions and adherence to local industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Infuse DEI principles into program design, focusing on enhancing access and opportunities for individuals from underrepresented communities
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions and vocational training programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all regions, including talent development managers, to garner support and active involvement in education and apprenticeship endeavors
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of education and apprenticeship programs
  • Monitor pertinent laws, regulations, and industry standards governing education and apprenticeship programs across EMEA
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, international education development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of combined experience in education and social mobility
  • Familiarity with education and apprenticeship systems across the EMEA region
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is considered advantageous and highly valued
