Job Description

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a seasoned Senior E-Billing Specialist to join one of our esteemed, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The Senior E-Billing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring ebilled transactions are successfully submitted and approved, as well as providing support to the wider Billing & Collections Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the submission of ebills for designated business units, locations, and platforms.
  • Review, implement, and communicate external council guidelines, including setting up structures, task & activity codes, and adding to matter plans.
  • Review disbursement constraints and ensure compliance.
  • Onboard vendors for ebill setup and configuration.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate the creation of rate cards and client templates.
  • Support the billing and finance teams with rate-related queries and analysis.
  • Support requests to analyze client and matter-level rate information.
  • Drive analysis of client, matter, and portfolio reporting.
  • Submit reviews and maintain rate submissions to ebilling vendors.
  • Oversee the short payment process and coordinate appeal audits and transactions.
