Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a seasoned Senior E-Billing Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The Senior E-Billing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring ebilled transactions are successfully submitted and approved, as well as providing support to the wider Billing & Collections Team.


The general duties of the position include:

  • Managing submission of ebills for designated business units/locations/platforms.
  • Reviewing, implementing, and communicating outside counsel guidelines, including setting up structures, task & activity codes, and adding to matter plans.
  • Reviewing disbursement constraints.
  • Onboarding with vendors for all ebill setup.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate building rate cards and client templates.
  • Supporting the billing and finance teams with rate-related queries.
  • Supporting requests to analyze client and matter level rate information.
  • Driving analysis of client, matter, and portfolio reporting.
  • Submitting review and maintaining rate submissions to ebilling vendors.
  • Overseeing short payment processes and coordinating appeal audits and transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ebilling processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ebilling operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on ebilling best practices and industry standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance ebilling efficiency and accuracy.
